On controller, your inputs are slower and smoother than a mouse flick. That is good news: a well-tuned aimbot can blend into that movement easily. The mistake most players make is copying mouse configs, with a wide FOV and low smoothing, which makes the crosshair snap in a way no controller player can reproduce. Spectators and killcams catch that instantly.
The goal is simple: the aimbot should finish your aim, not start it. You bring the crosshair near the target with your stick, and the aimbot handles the final correction.
Aim Key: Bind It Directly on Your Controller
Our Apex aimbot lets you set the aim key directly on your controller. The most natural choice is the left trigger (ADS), so the aimbot only engages while you aim down sights, exactly when a real player would be tracking a target.
- Left trigger (ADS): best for most players, since it activates only during real fights.
- Right trigger: more aggressive, as it engages on every shot, including hip fire.
- Paddle or back button: useful if you want full manual control and only switch the aimbot on in close fights.
FOV: Keep It Tight
The FOV circle defines how far from your crosshair the aimbot will look for a target. For controller play, keep it small. A tight FOV means the aimbot only helps when you are already close to the target, which is what legit aim looks like.
- Legit: small FOV, enable Draw FOV while you tune it, then turn the circle off.
- Dynamic FOV: lets the circle scale with distance, so long-range fights stay subtle.
Smoothing and Humanized Trajectories
Smoothing is the most important setting for staying under the radar. Higher smoothing means the crosshair travels to the target over more time instead of snapping. Combine it with humanized trajectories, which add natural curves to the movement, so tracking looks like real stick input.
Start with high smoothing and lower it step by step until the aim feels helpful without being obvious in replays.
Bone Selection and Prediction
Head locks are the fastest way to get reported. In Apex, shield damage matters more than headshots for most weapons, so chest targeting is both safer and effective.
- Nearest bone: switches naturally between chest, neck and head depending on where your crosshair already is.
- Advanced prediction: leads moving targets, essential against movement-heavy Legends and at medium range.
- Visibility check: keep it on, so the aimbot never tracks players through walls.
Stay Safe: Spectators and Streams
